Avoid them!

You have probably heard of the many fad diets over the years.  

While they may initially give you results on the scale, they often lack and are do not provide adequate nutrition for those who workout or are on any fitness

They are often too low on protein and carbohydrates and some too high in fats, which can lead to an overall poor state of health and in time damage your metabolism.

As summer gets closer, this is the time when many people try to find quick results in losing body fat.  However…No good, consistent results happen
over night!

By having a diet with enough protein, carbs, healthy fats, vegetables and fruits and simply cutting out some of the crap (breads, sugar…), your body
will begin to work with you and for you without hindering your health down the road.

Consistency is key to any lasting change, whether it comes to your diet or training.

The more regular and consistent you are with your day to day food intake, the better your body will begin to change and keep those changes!

The hardest battle most people have is with their diet.  

Lifting weights is truly the easiest part of living this lifestyle.  

It’s always the diet and daily food intake that takes the most dedication and commitment and can be the hardest thing to maintain.  It takes a true desire to start to live a healthy lifestyle to make these changes.

Never take the easy way, and if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
